CLA Overhead Foils
Working Transparencies
"Structure and Function of the Human Body" D 1 The transparency is becoming more and more important as a teaching tool in our schools today. It is simple to use in conjunction with an overhead projector and offers even those pupils sitting farthest away a good quality picture. With the publication of the D 1 "Construction and function of the human body" transparency folder by the "Federal German Central Office for Health Education", CLA makes a further contribution to teaching material for human biology lessons in intermediate, secondary modern, vocational and grammar schools and training institutes for auxiliary medical personnel. The folder comprises 46 work units which are arranged in a file in such a manner that they can quickly be taken out. Each work unit includes a black and white work transparency, the teacher's accompanying text with illustration as folded sheet and the model for the drawing sheets. The "Federal German Central Office for Health Education" has no objection to schools duplicating these drawing sheets for direct use during lessons. Each transparency is immediately ready for use in a transparent sleeve. The teacher can write or draw with water soluble markers on the transparency as well as on the protective sleeve. The use of transparencies together with the drawing sheets makes it possible to coordinate instruction at the front of the class with the independent work of the pupils. The blank drawing sheets are also suitable for controlling achievements. Scientific Editor: Dr. med. Olaf v.
